Forrester prominently published Intense Technologies Limited in their report titled “Hot Emerging Indian Business Technology Vendors to Watch in 2015”. Intense’s digital transformation platform uniserve™ is described as “automating customer-centric processes throughout the customer life cycle”.

Forrester collaborated with NASSCOM (the industry association for the IT BPO sector in India) and Indian Software Product Industry Round Table (iSPIRT) to identify emerging business technology companies in India. More than 200 nominations were received for a survey conducted from April 2014 to September 2014. After initial screening, 40 companies were identified, of which 10 companies were finalized to feature in this report. Forrester stated that this report will help global CIOs to evaluate business technology vendors for digital transformation of their business processes.
